Bengolwin Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Bengolwin and its users ("you" or "Member"). Bengolwin is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform, operated under the bengolwin.bet domain.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Only one account can be created per mobile number and email address.
• Bengolwin may request identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration.

KYC verification typically requires a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at Bengolwin:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are currently supported via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; however, fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

If a deposit does not reach your account, contact our support team immediately with the transaction ID. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Bengolwin has specific rules governing the withdrawal of winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Prior to your first withdrawal, you must place bets totalling at least the amount you deposited. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.

Bengolwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit. The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10–30x).
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly deposit bonus. Available to eligible members only.
• Cashback: A cashback is paid at a fixed rate on net losses within a specified period.
• Free Bet: Must be used under specific odds and conditions.

To claim a bonus, the promo code must be applied at the time of registration or before making a deposit. Bonuses cannot be added retroactively. Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bengolwin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature in live betting).
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Odds are considered final once displayed. Bengolwin will provide advance notice of any odds changes.
• Bengolwin reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• A maximum of 20 events can be added to an accumulator bet.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake is refunded for single bets. For accumulators, the cancelled event is removed and the remaining odds are used to settle the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bengolwin platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Strategic betting for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Harming or harassing other users.
• Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

Bengolwin may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Upon detection of suspicious activity or signs of fraud.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account, please email our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Bengolwin believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — never a cause for problems. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Members can set their own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off option is available if you need a break from gaming.
• You can block your account for a set period through self-exclusion.

For any complaints or disputes, please contact Bengolwin's support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours.

• Complaints can be submitted via email or live chat.
• When submitting a complaint, please include the transaction ID, screenshots, and any relevant details.
• If the issue is not resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to a higher tier.
• If you are not satisfied with the final decision, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.

Bengolwin takes the privacy of your personal information seriously. Your data is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
